What are OMR Reviews awards for agencies?
Through the OMR Manager, you can collect your own customer reviews, and based on this, OMR Reviews awards them accordingly. You might already know this system from software products.
Awards show potential customers at a glance that your agency has been rated very highly by real clients on an independent platform. They're visible on your agency profile and on the category pages of OMR Reviews. You can also use them as a social proof element on your website, in pitches, or on LinkedIn.

What awards are there?
There are two awards for agencies based on reviews:
| Award | For what? | How many agencies? |
|---|---|---|
| Leader | Highest OMR Score in your primary category | One agency per category |
| Top Rated | At least 5 reviews with an average of 4 stars | Unlimited |
Both awards have the same design as for software products: a hexagon with the OMR Reviews logo, the award name, your category, and the half-year it applies to.
How your agency qualifies
The two awards work differently. Top Rated is a fixed threshold: every agency that reaches it gets awarded. Leader is a competition: only one agency per category wins.
Top Rated: The award for excellent reviews
Your agency receives the Top Rated award if it collected at least 5 reviews with an average NPS of 8 (equivalent to 4 stars) through OMR Reviews in the previous half-year. The award is valid for the current half-year.
Leader: The award for your category's top agency
For the Leader award, you also need at least 5 reviews. Among all agencies that meet this requirement, the agency with the highest OMR Score in its primary category gets awarded. What matters is the OMR Score at the end of the previous half-year.

Why twice a year instead of quarterly like with software?
Agencies work in longer project and partnership cycles than software providers. Reviews happen less frequently as a result. With the twice-yearly schedule, your agency has enough time to collect reviews.
When are the awards given out?
Awards are given out twice a year, on January 1st and July 1st.
| Award date | Details |
|---|---|
| First award date | January 1st, 2027, valid for the first half of 2027 |
| Review basis | all reviews you collect through OMR Reviews by December 31st, 2026 |
đź’ˇ Our tip: Awards are given out on the set dates and not continuously. So start collecting now so your agency qualifies for its first award on January 1st, 2027.
Where to find your awards
In the OMR Manager: Under "Agencies & Services", in your agency profile view, go to the "Resources" tab and find the "Badges" section. This is the same place where your Score Widget is located. For each award you'll find:
-
an HTML embed code to add to your website
-
a download as PNG and SVG for presentations, pitches, and social media
On your agency profile: Your awards appear in your profile overview in the "Awards" section.
On category pages: In the agency listing of a category, Leader and Top Rated are shown as icons under your logo.
Notification: Once your agency is awarded, you'll get a notification in the OMR Manager. From there you can download your awards directly.
🔜 Coming soon: With the Top Rated Badge Tracker in the OMR Manager, you'll soon be able to see at any time how many reviews and what average your agency still needs to reach the Top Rated award.
Good to know: Awards are displayed on your OMR Reviews profile regardless of your package. Downloads and use outside of OMR Reviews—on your website, in pitches, or on LinkedIn—are only available with a paid agency profile.

FAQs
I already have more than 5 great reviews. Why don't I see an award yet?
→ Awards are given out on the half-year cut-off dates and not continuously. If you meet the requirements by December 31st, 2026, your agency qualifies for the award on January 1st, 2027.
Do reviews from external platforms like Google or Trustpilot count?
→ No. Only reviews you collect through your survey link on OMR Reviews count for the awards.
