Direct Ratings via OMR Reviews
Since June 2026, business services can generate a survey link through the OMR Manager and share it directly with their customers. Customers provide their rating through a structured survey and it gets published on the OMR Reviews profile.
Ratings from the survey link are already being collected, reviewed, and displayed on your profile. These ratings are weighted more heavily than external reviews from third-party platforms.

External reviews contribute to your overall score up to a set limit. Beyond that point, their influence doesn't increase further, which means ratings from OMR Reviews become the deciding factor for improving your ranking.
How Ratings Appear on OMR Reviews
Ratings are visible in two main places on the platform:
1. On the Agency Profile
- Average rating (e.g. ⭐ 4.6)
- Number of reviews considered (e.g. "(32 reviews)")
Tool-tip with a note about the data source:
"The number of reviews as well as the average rating of the provider come from external sources in part or in full."

- Higher-rated agencies appear further up.
- Agencies without usable reviews are listed further down accordingly.
No individual reviews or specific platform sources are displayed - only the aggregated average and total count.
